2008 CWPG Membership
To become a CWPG member, download the membership form and send it to the address given on the form (the state of MI is not a typo).
The annual membership fee for joining the Central Wisconsin Pumpkin Growers is $25 for a household membership. Memberships run from April 1 through March 31, and must be postmarked by June 1 to be eligible for member benefits. If your household status changes during the year, please contact Michael Olson at the address on the form.
Please fill out this form carefully, because your fruit registration at the Nekoosa GIANT Pumpkin Fest will be based on it. Those listed on the membership form will be the only ones eligible to register fruit.
