Welcome to our seed auction!  Please read the guidelines before bidding. Money raised will go towards club funds.

1.  Submit bids at the bottom of the page.  Bids are in US currency.  If you have any problems submitting bids, contact Brigitte Crawford.

2. Auction begins Saturday, January 31st, 2009 at 12:00 AM CST and ends Saturday, February 7th, 2009 at 3:00 PM CST.  Any bids received after 3:00 PM CST on the 7th will not be eligible.  

3. Bidding will be made in a minimum of $5.00 increments. 

4.  Please email all questions regarding seeds or lots to Dan Bowles.

5. If two bids of the same amount are received for the same lot, the bid made first will be the highest bidder.

6. Payments are accepted in US currency only.  Winning bidders should contact Dan Bowles within 48 hours of auction ending with your lot number(s), contact information, mailing address, and choice of payment type. 
We accept Paypal or credit card via the button on this page, money orders, or personal checks. Shipping insurance is at the expense of the buyer and available upon request.

7.  Seeds will be mailed to winning bidders once payment has been received and cleared if a check.  CWPG does not guarantee germination of seeds. 

8. The CWPG was able to attain Gary Zimmer (author of "The Biological Farmer") as a guest speaker at our winter meeting. We are offering a DVD (60 mins plus) of his presentation on soils and his concept of the importance of mineralization to any bidders spending $150 or more in our auction at no charge.  Gary has developed an interest in growing AG's and will truly be an asset to the hobby.
